The delivery term (sending by email or WhatsApp of the extract) is:

30 minutes for orders paid online
1 working day in case of orders paid by bank transfer
NOTE: Land Registry Extracts are issued by the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising following your request. ANCPI usually issues land book extracts within minutes of the request. However, there are exceptions in which they are delivered with a delay of up to 3 days (this depends strictly on ANCPI). You will receive the statement by e-mail as soon as it is issued.

VIII. Money return policy
Money for paid orders can only be returned in the following situations:

the order was registered incorrectly by GEODATA SERVICES SRL;
the land book extract was issued incorrectly by the assistants in the situation when the data were correct, at the client's request, without the client wanting to solve the situation;
if he does not receive the extract within a maximum of 5 working days (upon request, in case there is no solution);
if the customer pays in error
The term in which the client must announce the waiver is 24 hours from the date of finding the situations provided in points a) -c).
In the case of the situation provided in point d), it is necessary for the customer to inform within 15 minutes by chat or email, before his order is processed.

CAUTION: Orders that have an electronic conversion cannot be canceled because they are processed automatically.

The refund period will be max. 5 working days from the date of registration of the client's request.

Money for paid orders cannot be returned in the following situations:

the customer incorrectly fills in the data in the order, confuses the numbers (he ticks that the data is correct and gives his consent, when filling in the form);
the client pays a land book extract for information but wants a collective extract (messages are displayed on the site specifying that no collective extracts are issued online);
the client receives a rejection due to the fact that: the land book data is not identified (incorrect), the ATU is wrong, the land book has been dismantled, attached, stopped, is in another language and is not translated, it is very old and there have been no changes for more than 16 years (in which case only one copy of the land book can be issued, but it is not issued online), the buildings are on several plots of land in the same land book and then a fee must be paid for each plot of land on which the building is located (exceptional situation).
the land book extract is not made within the specified term of 3-5 days, because the ATU in which the land / building is located is in the general cadastre, and it will be issued when the general cadastre is concluded.
